How do I place an order with you?
You can place an order by phone or online. Please find our contact numbers on the contact information page. However, the most convenient way to order is to contact us by phone and thus ensure the best service and product fulfillment.

Can I also purchase from you for private purposes?
We typically sell to businesses only. Generally we deal in Containers sized orders typical for our industrial customers. On a bespoke basis we can accomodate special requests including service to private individuals.

Where do you deliver the merchandise?
We deliver on a global basis. Depending on the product, service is via ship freight or air freight. All costs, including insurance are clearly identified in our quote. Please contact us for more information on our delivery terms.

What are your return conditions?
If the merchandise was damaged during delivery, we will manage the insurance claim to reimburse  you for the damaged goods.All our orders, otherwise, are on an "As Is" and "No Return" basis.

How fast can you deliver?
Delivery depends on the product, your distance from the supplier and the specific terms agreed upon. Generally one to three weeks is standard for deliveries to the Americas or Europe. Asia and Rest of the World present longer delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control.

Do you cover Customs and Brokerage?
These items are locale specific and thus are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Contact us to discuss our terms and support services available.
